What is breathwork?
Conscious breathwork is a transformative practice that offers profound healing and self-discovery. By harnessing the ancient techniques of eastern traditions like yoga and qigong, combined with western physiotherapy, it unlocks the potential of our breath to enhance mental, physical, and spiritual health.
Some major outcomes you can get from breathwork
The practice helps in utilizing our lung capacity more effectively, which is often underused due to poor breathing habits and emotional suppression. Conscious connected breathing facilitates a natural, relaxed, rhythmic, and open breath, leading to whole-body integration and the opening of energy flows. This increase in vibrational rate can unlock alternate states of consciousness and bring forth significant insights from our life experiences. Breathwork sessions offer a safe space to revisit and reinterpret limiting beliefs formed in childhood, leading to a deeper understanding and emotional release. Ultimately, breathwork is a powerful tool for reconnecting with suppressed emotions, managing emotional responses more effectively, and experiencing a profound sense of peace and relaxation.

Explore a Transformative Breathwork Session:
Our two-hour breathwork session is designed to guide you through a journey of deep healing and self-discovery. Here's what to expect:
We begin by explaining the ceremony's flow, ensuring you understand the sensations that may arise. This step is crucial for your comfort and preparedness.
We set our intentions and engage in a grounding exercise to prepare your mind and body for the session.
Lasting 45 minutes, you'll be lying in a comfortable position while I guide you through active breathing. Accompanied by sound waves, this part is vital as it may bring emotions and memories to the surface.
Following the active session, you'll spend 20 minutes lying still with your eyes closed. This time is essential for your body's cells to reprogram after the experience. Sound healing, like crystal singing bowls, may be used for deeper healing.
We conclude with a discussion about your experience, offering insights to enhance your understanding.
